As a founding partner of Content Strategy Incorporated, Kathy is responsible for business and project strategy. She’s the one on the hook for the quality and success of all content projects that come through the door. Kathy has more than 10 years of experience leading content strategy, technical communication, and customer experience research projects for companies like HSBC, Samsung, and Wells Fargo.
Before starting Content Strategy Incorporated with her business partner, Melissa Breker, Kathy worked as an independent content strategy consultant, a user experience researcher, and a technical communicator. She has taught communication and project management courses at SFU, VCC, and BCIT, and was a founding organizer of Vancouver’s Information Architecture & Content Strategy meetup group.
